It is quick and convenient to use. The pass includes reserved seat tickets too, and allow booking of these seats one month before the start date on JR East platform. Great for people who love planning ahead

Convenient, clean, affordable, and on time. A very worthwhile option, especially for solo travelers. There was one rest stop along the way. The bus made announcements asking passengers not to talk and disturb other passengers throughout the journey; it was very quiet, perfect for sleeping and resting. Most importantly, it was exactly on time with excellent service. My overall impression is 10/10!

If you're going in the winter, take the JR instead of the bus. If the weather is bad, taking the bus is hell.
