The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the weather, which was no one's fault, we did not get to complete the tour. We did not make it to the rain forest. Puerto Rico closed the rain forest due to flooding. Since we only toured Old Dan Juan, the tour company kindly issued a refund.

Bryant was the best tour guide! He is engaging and fun. He made sure to record everything for us and he helped us do the 25ft slide and 100ft slide. Cool guy who was knowledgeable about the area and made it a fun time. Honestly this was the best excursion we did!

We only got to do half of this activity since no one else signed up for snorkeling, but no one mentioned this to us until the guides drove us back to the hotel and we asked: apparently you need at least 3 people to go snorkeling. But the rainforest was great! Our guide and driver were super nice, JD and Orlando.

Christian was an outstanding guide. He provided a lot of interesting tidbits throughout the tour and he kept a watchful eye on all of us on the tour. The tour was extremely organized. The stops were well thought out and included multiple photo ops and Christian offered to take pics. The tour ended with 2 relaxing hours on the beach. The only room for improvement was the pickup instructions that said to meet at the driveway of a hotel, but the pickup point was actually across the street. Luckily Christian called me. I highly recommend this tour.


