This was such a fun activity in a stunning home. Simonetta and Guido treated us like friends, allowing us to spend time after lunch chatting. We loved learning how to make pasta from scratch and using beautiful fresh produce on our pizzas. Being in a small group - just one other couple- made it even better. Loved every minute!

Francesco was an excellent wine specialist and the choices of wine (reds) and a prosecco was lovely enjoyed with many nibbles, cheeses and meats. The explanations of each wine was just enough to allow us to understand but not too much that it can sometimes happen when you just want to enjoy your experience. Francesco gave us time to sit, relax, enjoy and sample all wines on offer. It was not even a second thought that we would purchase wine at the end. There were many that we absolutely loved, easy drinking and one that was a longer vintage’s, had been maturing for some time. World wide shipping was on offer, many bottles purchased would recommend this wine shop and Francesco to anyone looking to visit, Cortona.

I have to give our guide credit for being flexible and patient with our group. The tour started out in the pouring rain, and she was able to get us into a small bar so we could do the intro inside. Of course, we bought some drinks. Her knowledge of history was very impressive and the tour moved seamlessly. She gave us all good tips on what to do in town for the rest of our stay.

Arezzo was beautiful. I did enjoy but the museums that were included with the ticket were closed and we were not informed of that so a bit disappointing, but would still recommend, the driver was polite and lovely.
