Tour guide was great, she did a wonderful presentation. It would be sad to see this animal disappear

We did the 5:20 tour- it was about 1 1/2 hours. Excellent tour. Renee, the guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. We learned so much and enjoyed meeting and watching the devils!

After taking us there, the tour leader dismissed us without providing specific directions to the designated attractions. The itinerary was mediocre, and while we were primarily looking for places to visit, the tour leader took us to a very inappropriate one. Overall, the tour leader's service was just average.

We had a passionate guide who loves and respects animals; her commentary was professional and engaging. The animals, mostly Tawemanian devils but with other surprises, were well cared for with love. I highly recommend it, especially since it's right across from Cradle Mountain National Park!

This is a really good experience for adults and children. There is good viewing of the young Tassie devils running around together and playing. There are also quols. The information was interesting. It is not a Zoo but a sanctuary that is conserving Tasmanian devils and working to keep the species alive in the face of the cancer that has attached the wild population. An opportunity to see a devil up close and learn about their habits.
