My parents brought a SIM card from Japan when they traveled to Sydney, but it didn't work on the day. So I bought this SIM card in Japan and sent them a PDF with the SIM's QR code and login link via LINE. My father was using an eSIM for the first time and couldn't connect properly, so I contacted customer support, explained the connection problem, and they taught me how to fix it. The support staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, so we were able to resolve the issue and it worked perfectly in Sydney. They said the signal strength there was very good, and that it was well worth the price! Another good point was that you can choose the contract period yourself, so you don't have to cancel it after returning to Japan!

Sydney and Melbourne have always been great places to visit. Purchased eSim from Trip.com and was most happy with the strong signal.

I installed the SIM card twice. It didn't work the first time. After that, it worked fine. But, of course, I'd like it to work right away, since having internet access in a new country is crucial.

My experience using eSIM during this trip abroad was incredibly convenient. Installation was a breeze – simply scan a QR code before departure, no need to replace the physical SIM card, and no worries about losing the original. Upon arrival, internet access was virtually instantaneous, with stable speeds; checking maps, contacting friends, and uploading photos all went smoothly. Overall, it's simple to use, time-saving, and practical, making it a great choice for independent travelers to enhance travel convenience.

I mainly used it in Western Australia (from Kalbarri National Park in the north to the vicinity of Esperance in the south), Melbourne (Great Ocean Road), and throughout Tasmania. The connection was with Telstra, Australia's largest carrier. While the signal strength varied, I generally had a connection even in the most obscure towns. The price was incredibly cheap, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I'm extremely satisfied with its ease of use, which exceeded my expectations. Note that the connection was poor immediately after data roaming. After restarting and waiting a while, a stable connection was established.
