Hassle free experience, they send a service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station until you reached your final destination/hotel. The bus and bed was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is a great value sleeper bus. It's very comfortable, the driver doesn't drive fast, and there are two restroom breaks. The bus is clean. If you get motion sickness, I recommend sleeping on the lower deck; the upper deck is more prone to motion sickness. It was a good experience and saved me a lot on hotel costs. However, there are no showers at the bus stop.

Once you make a reservation, you can communicate via KakaoTalk without any issues. My schedule changed four times, so I had to change the time, but they handled the changes without any issues. After making a reservation, you can call the airport or motel from your desired location, and they'll pick you up and drop you off at your desired location in Sapa, which is convenient.


