Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.★

Thank you for the wonderful experience. You supported me in every way, from the pick-up location to the bus, and from the bus to Sapa and back, confirming the time in advance and informing me of the pick-up location, so I was able to enjoy my stay in Sapa without any worries, even though I was traveling alone. The bus was also very clean and comfortable, with a mineral warmer and charging outlets. I believe it was only because of this tour that I was able to have such a great experience.About
