Booking confirmation is instant! You can activate it in Egypt or in another country before crossing the border (activation doesn't occur until you arrive in Egypt). I used it in Sharm el-Sheikh. The connection isn't perfect, but overall, the quality is very good. If you're unsure about the connection, you can buy a one-day trial, and if you like it, you can purchase a longer one for the desired duration. Much depends on your specific location.★

It works great! We bought 20GB for a month, but it only lasted two weeks (we shared the data with a second device). Extensions are possible. We decided to try an eSIM only for Asia, as it seemed a bit cheaper. In any case, the internet quality is excellent; we had 5G almost everywhere. Connecting is also easy with a QR code.★
