Because we were individual travelers, the waiting time for departure in the morning was a bit long; the itinerary stated an 8:30 departure, but we didn't depart until 9:00. Everything else was excellent. The itinerary, tour guide service, and transportation were all good. I especially want to mention our tour guide, surnamed Wang, who was very dedicated, patient, and approachable.

The flights arrived on time almost every hour, which was great. The Destination Hotel in Phuket, which I booked, wasn't as good as I expected. The hotel environment was average, but the breakfast and service were decent, and the rooms were relatively clean. It's a 15-minute walk from Jungceylon Shopping Mall and only a 5-minute walk from Patong Beach. There are restaurants nearby, so the location is okay. The Pullman Hotel in Bangkok was fantastic, living up to its five-star rating. The service was superb, the infinity pool was amazing, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a 10-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain, which I really liked. The only downside was that the deluxe room didn't have a balcony, making it inconvenient to dry clothes.
