Easy recommendation for any family with young children or grandparents looking for a beautiful day out. Nancy was an exceptional hostess able to communicate amongst the group with multiple languages. Her information and cheerful personality was awesome! She's very accommodating to children, first time my young daughters we're able to remember a tour guide's name! Hotel collection and drop off made things hassle free. The tour was informative and schedule kept on time while never feeling rushed. Even with the amount of people she was able to provide a calm environment amongst the chaos. Thankyou so much for the experience and memories! Worth every cent, highly recommended.★

An excellent excursion! The captain was great – he got as close to the bridge as possible so we could see the show. All the staff were very friendly and helpful – they helped us find the right pier, provided refreshments and drinks immediately on the boat, and created a positive atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased.
