Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere. Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.

We booked with a small group instead of large, and the guide contacted us personally as well as picked us up from our hotel, the guide was there whole time, explaining and assisting with everything, at the same time gave us the free time on our own to hangout and explore, trip was fantastic but too crowded with many tourists

Excellent service. They meet you at passport control upon arrival, and it only takes 7-10 minutes. I recommend it. During peak season, the queues are simply unrealistic. If you want to save time and stress, it's better to take the fast track.


