Has Vivian as our tour guide for the trip. She was gentle and friendly to all of us. I really appreciated that she had to speak two languages (English and Mandarin) and even wrote words for us to ensure we understand, especially my husband was wearing a hearing aid. There was a misunderstanding for one of the pickup location and Vivan solved the issue as quickly and as professionally. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtful for all the efforts she did especially in looking out for all of us as the big group. Thank you, Ms Vivian for the wonderful memories you had made us enjoyable as the family! For the activity trip, as a family of four with two strollers, I recommended not to pack so much -. just a big shopping bag and a small bag will do. The bus does not have a USB port and it was raining in the middle of the activity so best to bring own power bank and umbrella. I would recommend this trip as we bought some lovely souvenirs at Yufuin village as well!

Fukuoka Trip: A Successful Trip to My Parents Thanks to Guide Park Kwang-woo! It is no exaggeration to say that Guide Park Kwang-woo carried the entire Fukuoka family trip. Since we were traveling with my parents, transportation was my biggest concern, but thanks to the guide, we had a truly comfortable trip. "Is that driving skill for real?" He drove so smoothly through Japan's narrow alleyways that my parents even slept soundly during the journey. In particular, his phenomenal parking skills—swiping the car into tight spaces with a single stroke—made my whole family exclaim "Wow..." every time we saw it. "A conversational style that makes travel time fly by!" The guide's conversational skills were so entertaining that the atmosphere in the car remained warm and cheerful the entire time. Since he told us interesting stories without a single dull moment, my parents really loved him. It felt less like travel time and more like watching an enjoyable talk show! "The thoughtfulness my parents appreciated even more" My whole family was touched by how he kindly explained things and took care of us at our parents' level. My parents keep praising our guide even after the trip is over. From driving to parking, and on top of that, he has a humorous personality! Thanks to him, my family has created unforgettable happy memories. I highly recommend Guide Park Gwang-woo to anyone visiting Fukuoka. Thank you so much, Guide!

Lina was an absolutely wonderful guide during our time in Fukuoka. She is incredibly warm, approachable, and always eager to help travellers make the most of their visit. Whether it was recommending hidden food spots, suggesting places worth exploring, or sharing practical tips about getting around, Lina went out of her way to ensure everyone had a memorable experience. Her enthusiasm for the city is infectious, and it really adds to the joy of discovering Fukuoka. One thing to note though, Lina has a charming habit of understating distances! When she says something is “about 5 minutes away,” you might want to prepare for a 10-minute walk instead. As for the optional scenic train ride that was suggested, it turned out to be not quite as scenic as we had imagined, and the ride itself was rather bumpy.

Our guide, An Caichan, provided lively and comprehensive explanations in multiple languages. She treated every visitor with warmth and patience, taking special care of the elderly and children, and even helping with photo opportunities. Any problems encountered during the trip were promptly resolved, and the guide even helped find lost items. The distances between attractions were moderate, allowing ample time at each, and the itinerary was well-designed and not rushed. It's especially suitable for families with elderly and children, saving time and effort compared to planning your own itinerary. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our driver, Ono, drove smoothly, allowing us to rest well during the long journey. Even when we encountered traffic jams, the guide flexibly adjusted the route, allowing us to enjoy the scenery along the way. The local restaurants and ice cream recommended by the guide were delicious, and there were no mandatory purchases, leaving plenty of room for choice.
