I booked a city day tour on Ctrip, but the group tour didn't go through. Since my time was limited, I contacted customer service online. The company proved their commitment to excellent service by arranging a dedicated driver-guide, Mark, who took me to all the attractions. On the way to each attraction, Mark explained the main sights on the bus, and we went straight there after getting off the bus, which made things much easier for me. Thank you, Mark! If I have the chance to come to Sydney again, I hope to be a member of your group again. We saw all the popular tourist spots – it was beautiful! 😍😄
