The service was superb and incredibly thoughtful. The driver and guide accompanied us throughout the trip, providing various water, drinks, snacks, and fruits. Knowing we were from Inner Mongolia, they even prepared some beef jerky for us to eat on the road. At noon, the driver and guide even treated us to Guangxi specialties out of her own pocket. In the afternoon, we wanted to visit another attraction, and the driver and guide added it to the itinerary at the last minute, paying for the entrance fees herself. This travel agency and driver/guide are truly amazing!! They even gave us some local Guangxi specialties as a parting gift!

The day trip was about 13 hours long. Meeting point was easy to find. The tour guide arrived punctually at 7.10am. There were 33 of us in the tour group and travelled using a bus. However the bus was not very clean and new. The seats looked dated. The curtains and headrest were smelly. The tour guide was very responsible and made sure that everyone was safe and arrived on time. He also explained in depth of the scenic point and the background of the surrounding area. There was very limited choices for lunch in the scenic area. It may be worthwhile to pack your own lunch. The waterfalls were spectacular and the highlight of the trip. There was an option to take the raft to be up front and close to the waterfalls. It was worth doing it. Overall a very enjoyable trip for the day.
