The entire itinerary was good, but the only drawback was the extremely late night train from Moscow to St. Petersburg. A train departing at 0:50 AM was hardly comfortable. A high-speed train to St. Petersburg could be arranged instead. The local guide in St. Petersburg was very dedicated and excellent. However, the tour leader's service was somewhat inexperienced.Trip.com picks
