First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.

Easy, flexible and good service. Driver Xiao He is friendly and helpful. He settles the entrance tickets for us and even stops by random nice view points that we would not have known of while en route to the attractions. Reasonably priced as well. Recommended!

Our driver, Ah Zhi, was very humorous and explained everything clearly, including the precautions for each place. The restaurant he recommended for lunch was also excellent. The sights along the way were all beautiful. When we arrived in Shangri-La, he even planned a route based on our hotel bookings and dropped us all off at our hotels – a truly wonderful experience. Baishuitai is definitely worth a visit.

Traveling with family was great! Our driver, Mr. Zhang Sui, was very kind. Although we had some communication difficulties, we could sense his enthusiasm throughout the journey. He constantly tried to find good photo spots for us. He seemed like a very approachable person with boundless energy! 👏🏻

The guide Robert explained the temple and Tibetan culture very politely. The price is high, but I think it's worth it. Yaks go grazing in the mountains in July, so if you visit a rural family, winter may be better.


