One of the best tours i’ve ever been on. The dune bashing was so exhilarating, and the camel ride was definitely a memorable experience. Mishal, our guide was extremely helpful when it came to getting the directions for the meeting point, and he always made sure that we were comfortable.

I really enjoyed the trip itself. A bit of extreme, a lot of beauty, and great company. But there's one catch: the tripcom voucher isn't working, and the guide (Mishal) asked me to show my reservation in the GetYourGuide app. I only had a reservation in tripcom, and that's when things got a bit confusing. They asked me to transfer the reservation to another app, but I couldn't do it, and it was a really unpleasant situation. Everyone was standing there waiting for me. I don't quite understand why the company works with tripcom but can't use their vouchers to transport tourists. They did pick us up and take us, but it left a bad taste in my mouth! Keep in mind, a tripcom voucher won't work; there will be problems.
