The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

Tom was an excellent guide - friendly and knowledgable. Schedule was well managed with ample time at each activity. These trips can seem expensive but are an easy way to explore the sights comfortable and safely. Would recommmend this tour

We had a great tour with Augustine today. He was very accommodating and helpful. He was on time the whole trip. From the start of the trip, he gave us trivias and facts about Sydney and Blue Mountains. He even picked us again at Echo Point. We also liked the simple snacks and drinks they gave at the start of the tour. Definitely recommending to book this trip.

Our guide was great, with great sense of humor which made the long day entertaining. His driving made us feel safe. He was on time at the pickup location. He gave an excellent description of the cities we passed by and also about the location we stopped. He didn’t mind spending extra time on the job by allowing us to spend more time with three rides. The bus was clean and comfortable. However, we felt that drop off point at Sydney Olympic Park was an inconvenience because of taking the ferry. We would have preferred drop off at circle quay.


