Since I was traveling with my parents, it was important to have internet access to make their stay more comfortable (booking cafes, searching for places on the map, planning a route, and using translation). I tried an eSIM card for the first time and was amazed at how easy it was to get one. I specifically bought the extended country package because I was on a Persian Gulf cruise. I had no issues anywhere, and the connection was excellent everywhere. I had plenty of data and speed. I'm sure I'll always take an eSIM card with me when I travel, and I'll probably get one from trip.com, because first impressions last forever :)★

I purchased this eSIM for my travels across the UAE, Oman, and Kuwait, and it met my needs for navigation and WhatsApp. Coverage was strong in Oman and Kuwait, though somewhat inconsistent in Abu Dhabi, likely due to the network provider. Despite that, I would still recommend it!
