Fantastic day out with our guide Andres. Arrived right on time. Very safe driver too. Very knowledable about the sights, giving great detail. We did not feel rushed and was flexible with time at the different sites. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.★

We had such a wonderful experience at the Panda Base, largely thanks to our tour guide, Zoey. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the pandas and conservation efforts, but she is also one of the kindest people we've met. Her warmth made the trip feel personal and special. Panda Valley and Dujiangyan are two treasure troves where you can escape the crowds and enjoy the natural environment. Panda Valley offers close encounters with pandas and boasts a beautiful and refreshing natural setting; Dujiangyan is magnificent and spectacular, with a rich variety of delicious food in its ancient town. The entire trip was very comfortable. Our driver, Jiang Wensong, was friendly, enthusiastic, and patient, driving smoothly and safely. He recommended delicious restaurants and a time-saving and energy-efficient route. The guide in Dujiangyan provided humorous and engaging explanations that also helped us understand the water conservancy project.★

I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu again, I will definitely use driver Xiao Cui again. [Roses][Roses][Roses][Roses] Now, let's talk about the tour guide. The guide's explanations were professional and vivid, leaving a deep impression. The guide was very familiar with the historical background, engineering structure, and cultural value of Dujiangyan. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience. Ctrip always handles travel arrangements perfectly, from flights and hotels, which is why I always feel most at ease with them; they never disappoint. I will always support Ctrip. 👍👍👍
