I booked a London Eye tour for my client, and the entire experience was excellent. The queue (including priority ticket renewal) moved quickly, and the staff were professional and polite. The area was convenient for providing explanations before entering. Client feedback was positive; the views overlook Big Ben and the South Bank were breathtaking, the pace was moderate, and it was easy to take photos. As a London landmark, it's definitely worth a visit.

The boarding location is very convenient; the Westminster to Tower Bridge section is the highlight of the cruise, and the commentary is very British and humorous.

If I were to travel to London with my parents, I'd consider taking a boat instead of wandering around with sore legs. This was my second visit to London thanks to a friend. Since I'd tried everything I could on my first visit, I decided to book a relaxing cruise. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it for the three-hour experience. My friend and I were debating between a three-course, four-hour jazz tour or a four-course, three-hour live singer experience. The food won out!!! LOL (We love to eat, after all). We were given middle seats, which helped us avoid motion sickness. The view from the window was nice, but it was a little chilly. We were given a welcome drink as soon as we boarded. It was champagne, and it was delicious. After boarding, they showed us to our seats and recommended drinks (there was an additional charge). We didn't want to pay the extra fee, and we wanted water instead, so we ordered tap water (stillwater also has a charge). The cruise departed after everyone boarded, and it was very smooth, which was nice. We departed from Big Ben, but we made a detour just below, toward Tate Britain. This route takes you to the Millennium Dome and back to Big Ben. The boat stops briefly along the way to get a meal (I heard the boat isn't designed to cook!) After you finish your meal, you can enjoy the music and take your time, and you'll be near the Millennium. Conversely, although we climbed up partway, we went outside after the Millennium. Perhaps because it was cold, we had to go back down halfway and then climb back up at Tower Bridge to finish the tour. Time flew by, but it was still enjoyable and relaxing! The food started with an appetizer, followed by a warm soup and a chicken dish. The chicken was surprisingly delicious. The final course was tiramisu, which was just average. I wasn't expecting much from the food because it was just for fun, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Many families, groups, and couples came, and everyone danced, played, and enjoyed the sights. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this if you want to enjoy a relaxing London night!
