We joined this tour in late September. It was given in both English and Chinese, and our guide Lisa and driver James did a great job, thank you.
The itinerary order was different from what is shown on the website; as Lisa explained, the change meant we arrived at each lake at the best time of day, and we saw both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise at their most beautiful. We spent about an hour at each lake and still visited many other places. Our group was around 40 people, but everyone kept to the schedule well, and we managed to see all the essential spots in one day. On the way back, Lisa dropped guests off at their different hotels. There were mandatory a $5 customer fee and a $20 service fee per head. I think this is their version of a tip. If you want a relaxing tour, this one may be too tight. But if you want to see everything in one day, I recommend it.★

Today I went to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with Jeff, and it was a fantastic experience! He picked me up directly from Calgary this morning, which was incredibly convenient for a solo traveler.
Jeff was a wonderful person; he was very patient and considerate throughout the trip, and the schedule was well-organized without constantly rushing me. Both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were absolutely gorgeous, and I had a wonderful and relaxing day.
I'm very grateful to Jeff for his care and transportation throughout the day. I'll definitely recommend him to any friends visiting Calgary or Banff next time!★
