Although our guide, Lin Yi, is Egyptian, she speaks fluent Chinese without any problems. A lovely and independent girl, she provided incredibly warm and attentive service throughout the day, leaving my husband and me very satisfied. When I mentioned feeling unwell, Lin Yi immediately found a nearby pharmacy, bought me some anti-inflammatory medication, and even paid for it – we were truly grateful! The driver wasn't very punctual in the morning, and the car was just a standard five-seater, but because Lin Yi was so skilled and took so many beautiful photos for us at the scenic spots, and was so kind to us, she helped us negotiate prices with locals, kindly advised us not to tip, and even gave us detailed explanations in the desert. She was also very attentive during our visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum! We are so grateful to have met such a wonderful person as Lin Yi! She made our trip even more perfect 😍

It was great value for money, and the entire experience was excellent. We even saw wild desert foxes at night while camping. Three meals were included, and the food was plentiful and nutritious. The off-road and sandboarding experiences in the desert were fantastic. The natural scenery was also spectacular.

Scheduling the hotel pick-up was quick and easy. The driver arrived on time and was kind, polite, and very friendly. The buffet was delicious and varied; they sell drinks, but the prices are reasonable. The return trip to the hotel was excellent. Everything was great.
