Fabulous trip, transport very clean and comfortable. Silvio an excellent host, knowledgeable of the area and its history past , present and possibly the future. Passionate about the flora, fauna and wildlife. A good opportunity to see parts of the north that could be missed using public transport or car hire. Kalitravel will be our first port of call on our next visit.

Private tour is the way to go-no waiting for other people & decisions of where to go for how long. Silvo had a wealth of knowledge about the island history, topography, culture that was fascinating. He was an excellent driver & had a great sense of humor too. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the caves, the beach, & eating at an amazing restaurant!

This is an expensive trip as a family of 5 (kids ages 13 9 and 3) but definitely worth it. We arrived at 9.30 ready for opening. completed the zoo and did the dolphin show which was great by 12. The restaurant was good, quick food with helpful staff. finally from 1 we spent the next 4 hours in the water park. It does get busy but there is so much to do there isnt a lot of queues. The pools are very warm which is an added bonus. I would recommend going in the zoo and going straight to the water park to put your stuff in a locker and grab a sunbed where you want it. There are also 4 floors of sunbeds so if you dont find any on the bottom keep moving up!

A fantastic tour overall! It was quite windy, but still a great experience. Viktor was a really cool guide. Super friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. Despite the rather poor weather, we even got to see stars, which made the tour extra special. We especially appreciated that, due to the bad weather, we were offered the option to cancel the tour or reschedule for a better day. That was very fair and professional. If you book without a transfer, be aware that while the drive is manageable, the last 5 km or so are on a gravel road. Definitely recommended!

The cheese interpretation center was closed today, so I'll visit it tomorrow since the ticket is valid for a year. I went to the cheese museum today – very nice. They also offered cheese tasting, delicious. Afterwards, I went to the salt museum, which was also very interesting.
