Reviews/Trip Moments

Reviews: Ella : Cooking class with amazing Spice Garden Tour
Guest User2026-01-16
Our cooking class with Nalini And our herb garden tour with Senaka were truly unforgettable experiences. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed and completely immersed in the rich world of Sri Lankan cuisine and traditional herbal knowledge. We learned about an incredible variety of spices, plants, and roots, their healing properties, and how they are used both in daily cooking and in natural medicine. Nalini guided us step by step through the preparation of authentic Sri Lankan dishes, explaining each ingredient with passion and patience, while Senaka showed us around the lush herb garden, sharing fascinating stories and insights about every plant we encountered. It was not only educational but also hands-on, flavorful, and deeply cultural. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and a much deeper appreciation for the traditions, aromas, and wisdom behind Sri Lankan food and herbs.
Reviews: ATV Ride in Ella
Guest User2025-03-18
I really enjoyed the ATV ride. It started off a bit more leisurely so I could get to know the vehicle a bit. We drove up to a hill with a wonderful view. The guide told us a bit of stories, and then we went on to a more challenging course where we could do a bit of drifting and take tricky turns, and practice plenty of things. This tour, which was also designed to be completely safe, left nothing to be desired. The guide's helpfulness is particularly noteworthy; he was able to get me the materials I needed to attach my GoPro camera to my helmet. Thank you so much for the tour and your dedication!
