Above all, let's leave aside the coldness of the transport and the visits, and I want to thank you for this excellent transport pass program. I thank all the transport staff who helped us enormously.

The best part was Aldo, the bus guide, who was very attentive and on top of everything. The worst part was that the bus didn't arrive on time (we waited half an hour) and the guide was also late; she was pleasant but a bit unfocused. The food was good but just okay.

Paolo was fantastic! We had an amazing day at Pompeii and Herculaneum. Definitely worth seeing both.

Paulo was a wonderful guide! This was my 2nd tour with *** (1st was Coliseum) and again, I wasn’t disappointed. We had a small group of 6, and Paulo was very informative about the history of Herculaneum. It was really interesting to learn all about the city. We saw 4 or 5 rich houses, a restaurant and the men’s and women’s bath houses. We learned about what archeologists believe life was like when the city was lively, etc. and overall it was a good tour. Paulo is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and it shows. I chose not to see Pompei, and see Herculaneum instead. I’m not sure if it was the best choice or not. I did very much enjoy seeing the original frescos, tiled floors, and artifacts that were still in the city (and museum also included in the ticket fee).

Luciano was a fabulous guide! He provided a tailored and accessible tour for dad and I (73 and 39 years old). We learned much...including hidden gems.
