I was very satisfied with Ctrip customer service; they patiently answered all my questions. When taking the train, make sure you understand the direction. Trains often loop and are quite complex. I recommend taking the cable car up and getting off on a different route by train. Reserving seats is still necessary; it's a backup plan, so even if you arrive early, you can still queue as if you didn't have a reservation. On August 10, 2025, there were many people visiting the Jungfraujoch, but there were basically no long queues. The Swiss organization and management are very orderly and efficient. We didn't arrive at our reserved time; even though we arrived early, we could just walk in and leave. We didn't have to wait in long lines.

Our day trip to Grindelwald was wonderful. Our guide, Stefanos was helpful, patient and accomodating and helped us have a fun day. The tour was well organised and easy. Grindelwald was spectacular and well worth a visit!

Andrea was an excellent guide who made the tour both interesting and insightful. She shared fascinating stories about what we saw, plus history and cultural facts about Switzerland, making the journey rich with knowledge. She ensured everyone could hear by kindly asking for silence while speaking and regularly checked on guests, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. When the road to Lucerne was unexpectedly closed, Andrea handled it calmly and clearly explained options for those short on time. With the driver, she arranged an extra stop so guests could buy food and drinks. Even on the detour she impressed us with her knowledge of the areas we passed and shared valuable details. Andrea was well-prepared, offering great recommendations for restaurants, local shops, Swiss cheeses, and chocolate boutiques. Her professionalism, care, knowledge, and problem-solving made this the best excursion we’ve had. Switzerland Tours truly feels more professional than any operator we’ve used.

Despite the changing weather conditions and challenges, they handled everything with incredible skill and calm, turning it into a truly one of a kind adventure. Their professionalism and strong focus on safety made us feel completely at ease the entire time, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment in the air. We are so grateful for their care, expertise, and positive energy. It was an experience we will never forget, and we are already looking forward to flying with them again very soon!
