The service was excellent! They even provided pick-up and drop-off service 😊 The staff were very friendly ❤️‍🔥 They were great at creating a lively atmosphere, making everyone feel excited and in high spirits. Afterwards, we had a buffet breakfast at the 5-star Sheraton Hotel, which was very plentiful and delicious; everyone left with a full stomach 😊👍🏻👍🏻

The sunrise was beautiful, the champagne breakfast was excellent, we sampled various fruits from the vineyard, and even fed the alpacas – they were adorable! The service was impeccable, and the driver/guide was very friendly. The only downside was that the pick-up point was a few hundred meters from our hotel. It wouldn't have been a problem during the day, but at 4 AM, there were some homeless people on the streets, which was a little scary.

The driver and staff were very humorous and enthusiastic. The sunrise from the hot air balloon during the inland flight was beautiful and a unique experience. The website mentioned having a flight certificate, but it wasn't actually provided. Also, only photos were provided; videos were only available for a fee or by leaving a review, which differed from what was stated on the booking confirmation.

A happy and satisfying hot air balloon flight experience, the driver and pilot were enthusiastic and polite, but it was a bit difficult to get up in the middle of the night 😅 On the return trip, all the travel experts were sleeping around, I don't know if the driver Rob was sleepy😂
