Both tour guys we're excellent. Both nice and helpful and our cheese and chocolate factory guide was too cool for school and once he opened up, had a great personality. My only regret what not purchasing the Rhine Falls tour!★

Rhine falls was a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.
The chocolate tour was good to see the assembly line in action, good chocolate. There was a lot of kids the day we went which made it a bit more challenging. Cheese factory was ok but nothing special and by time we got to Appenzell we had had enough of the day and went to a brewery to sample some beer and whiskey. We ended up about 40 minutes late getting back so it was about 10 3/4 hours.
Beautiful countryside
The driver was excellent and the tour guide that left after Rhine Falls was also good.
A bit too long of a day on a bus. I would choose 2 shorter tours★

This is a very convenient and affordable pass that includes all trains within Switzerland. In addition to scenic trains (such as the Glacier Express), you can also take other regional trains anytime, anywhere. It includes access to 500+ museums, and admission to the Gruyere Cheese Museum and Cailler Chocolate Museum in Gruyere is also free.★

The experience is incredible, it tells the whole story of chocolate and there are plenty of tastings. I highly recommend the tour; buying the ticket through the platform was so much easier.
