The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.

Everything works great. It activated when I connected to WiFi at the airport. I took the maximum amount for the day and didn't even think about running out. The speed is excellent.

Yesim is happy; I've caught signals everywhere along the route, starting from Turkey, Greece, Italy, even at sea when we passed within sight of islands. Excellent connection, highly recommended!

Easy to buy, convenient, and easy to use. There might be some areas without signal, but overall, the signal covers almost all areas, varying in strength depending on the location. It works well without any problems.
