Our guide, Vanessa, was very competent and friendly; it was a pleasure to listen to and follow her. She made us even more eager to visit Norway and led the tour very well through all areas of the city, sharing a wealth of information. The tour planning, which included a later change to a walking tour of the city, was excellent.

It gave us a really good taste of Trondheim and Fulia was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable as well as personable. Definitely worth doing the walk as well as the bus tour as the walk took you through many interesting parts of the city with worthwhile sights. 1.5 hours was quite a long time to do the length of the walk but in such circumstances, the pace tends to set by the slowest. Perhaps some sort of sign in the departure parking lot would be good, as we were early, and there was no indication as to whether we were in the correct place.

I was lucky enough to participate in this guided hike, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The route was magnificent, perfectly suited to the group, with breathtaking scenery. But what truly made all the difference was our guide. Passionate, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and always in good spirits, he created a friendly and reassuring atmosphere from beginning to end. He enthusiastically shared his knowledge of the region's history… A real pleasure to learn while hiking!
