The tour leader's service was poor and arrogant. The itinerary was relatively reasonable. The accommodations in Italy were not good; one night the hotel was particularly noisy and I felt unsafe. The accommodations in France and Switzerland were relatively good. The group meals were average but acceptable. The guests on the Ctrip group were relatively of high quality, so I was quite satisfied. Our group was smaller than others (12 people), so we didn't have to wait for each other for long compared to larger groups. Overall, I was satisfied.Trip.com picks
