This driver/guide was incredibly hardworking, providing non-stop commentary and even personally leading us to the attractions – full marks! However, the after-sales service was poor. They didn't provide the driver's contact information or license plate number before departure, so I had to ask each driver individually at the meeting point. By the time we reached the transfer station, the driver had already completed their task, and I had no idea how to join the activities I wanted. I wasted two hours eating there before returning. Even on the return trip, I didn't know the vehicle number (it might not have been the same one I took on the way there). I often take day tours when traveling abroad, but this was the most nerve-wracking experience I've ever had.Trip.com picks
