Everything went well. We even drove a bit longer because the traffic was good. Then we went to the Elbe River and took the ferry. I would give it even more stars if I could.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.
