We booked tickets for a speedboat from Nusa Penida to Lombok. We received a WhatsApp message almost immediately informing us of the date and time we wanted. We coordinated everything, both on WhatsApp and in Tripcom, and received a booking confirmation. We arrived at the Nusa Penida port on time. This was my first time booking a ferry ticket from Bali to Gili Gili Trawangan on Trip.com. It was with WAHANA ferry company. After booking, a ferry representative contacted me quickly via WhatsApp to ask if I needed a transfer (for an additional fee). The ticket price on Trip.com was similar to booking directly on the ferry company's website. At the pier, I had to pay a port tax when checking in. The fare to Gili Trawangan was 30,000 Indonesian Rupiah per person. The entire process, from check-in to boarding, was very clear, with staff providing guidance. Bottled water was provided upon boarding, making for a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use this service again next time.


