What an absolute gem of a tour. This was a birthday gift to my wife, who had longed to see Monet’s Gardens for many years. Our tour guide Brigitte was fantastic, meeting us on time, and taking us to the group tour (quieter) entrance. We were immediately blown away, not just by the multitude of flowers and colours as you enter, but also by Brigitte’s brightness, knowledge and humour. We walked both gardens over the next 90 mins, stopping at benches for brief breaks, where Brigitte gave us insights into Monet, his decision to move to Giverny, how he meticulously planned the gardens. She showed us pictures of his works, and took some photos of us as well! We also managed to view the house at the end. Fantastic. I would highly recommend taking this tour. It was so worth the extra money for an unforgettable experience which we will remember forever.
