A beautifully curated trip to Chorao Island that blends nature, history, and culture. Chorão Island is one of the largest islands in Goa, located on the Mandovi River near Ribandar Natural beauty: Lush greenery, mangroves, scenic river views, and fresh air • Birdwatching paradise: Ideal for nature lovers, especially during early mornings and winter months • Backwater experience: Boat rides through mangroves are peaceful and refreshing • Quiet village life: Perfect escape from crowded beaches and tourist rush hike to a 500-year-old chapel, insights into Feni making, and tasting The guide, Karan was extremely knowledgeable and passionate, bringing every site to life. Delicious, farm-fresh breakfast was a lovely bonus. And the authentic Goan lunch was mouth watering,Highly recommended .

If visiting Goa, avoid Calangute Beach. Crowded, noisy and dirty. Visit the best Churches and walk the old Portuguese neighborhood in Old Goa

The Butterfly Conservatory of Goa was an unforgettable and magical place! We saw a handful of different butterflies and had the chance to see India’s largest butterfly, Golden Birdwing. My family and I also saw 2 giant spiders! Our guide was very sweet and shared his story of he and his wife began this place over a decade ago. The facility also features a display of gemstones along with a box full of them which one can mix and match to purchase. The Tropical Spice Plantation came with a warm welcoming when passing through the bridge by means of having flowers tossed at us. It was delightful and we were given a lemongrass & ginger tea before our tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the different spices we saw! To conclude the tour she gave us each a lavender oil drip down our backs to cool us off and promote a feeling of relaxation. There’s a cute small shop to purchase spices, oil, honey, and other natural handmade products for sale, so be sure to make a pitstop there! Just before leaving my family and I enjoyed an array of buffet style Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was Joe who took us to see the local historical and contemporary sites. He was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with the day’s arrangements. We learnt so much about the interesting history of Goa. Vinod was a great driver. We had a wonderful day and I would really recommend.

This is the best value for Money in Candolim and the easiest way to get get a really good feel for Candolim/Goa! Josh (our guide/captain) lives locally and took us on a tour of Candolim (traditional local and the Commmericl) - he was so knowledgable, the tour was interesting to see how the locals are, the area, the history - what a great guy. We even visited a local community where were invited in for refreshments. The whole 3 hours was amazing - we did this trip the second day of arriving and glad we did as we now know where is good to go and not to which was really helpful to get a good feel for Candolim as driving in on a bus to hotel from airport doesn't showcase its true culture. 110% Recommend this trip!!!


