The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!

It was amazing! Genuinely 10/10 experience. It was a feeling I cannot even describe. The instructors made us feel so safe and I did not feel nervous because of them. DO IT! You won’t regret it!


