Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. The itinerary was a bit tight, but the weather was great for taking photos, the tour guide was enthusiastic, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend taking a road trip if you have the chance.
