I highly recommend it; it's very convenient. I wrote in the comments to my order which hotel in Hanoi we should be picked up from and which hotel in Cat Ba we should be dropped off at. The bus was large and couldn't pick us up, so a guide picked us up right on time, helped us with our luggage, and then took us to the bus on motorbikes. The bus was a little tired, but we took the cheapest option, so it was fine. We reached the cable car station in two hours, with one 20-minute stop along the way. It's a handicraft factory with restrooms and a cafe. At the station, we took photos of our tickets with the guide and waited a bit. The cable cars run on schedule. It's a very interesting and convenient means of transportation. It's a little more expensive than the ferry, but worth it. The cable car ride itself takes 15 minutes, and we're on Cat Ba. We were already met by a new bus and our guide, and everyone was taken across the island from the western end to the eastern. Everything is very well organized; tourists are carefully looked after and looked after. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you! We will definitely use this travel agency again.★

I spent a long time choosing a tour to Halong, and I made the right choice by choosing the Taliya cruise ship. I'm very grateful to all the staff for a wonderful trip to the Halong Islands. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was surrounded by cheerful and energetic staff who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bus was very nice and comfortable, and they picked me up right from my hotel. I was taken to the pier, and I was very surprised to see the luxurious Taliya cruise ship. From what I understand, it's new, so being inside was very pleasant and comfortable. We had a fascinating program that would suit both leisure travelers and active holiday enthusiasts. I'd especially like to thank my waiter, Liiam, who was with me from start to finish, helping me with everything, and was very kind. Thank you to the entire Taliya team for such a wonderful day in Halong Bay!★

Great service. The pick up time is one hour earlier than scheduled which is okay for us. Wifi on the bus is not working. Luckily I have my own internet. So be prepared, otherwise the journey can be quite dull unless you plan to sleep on the bus.★
