The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.★

On the first day of our trip to Japan, we took a bus to Mount Fuji. We were a little confused at first, but the locals were kind enough to help us figure it out. To get on the right bus, go to Tokyo Station and look for the schedule on the electronic board. Once you've found your bus, look for the counter with the corresponding number. The journey took about two hours, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant. Seats are marked on the tickets, so don't take someone else's seat: Japanese people, while they won't be confrontational, will politely ask you to move. The bus definitely deserves an "excellent" rating 👍★

I bought this for my family; it's very convenient for the elderly to use. You get a numbered ticket when you board, and collect it when you get off, plus show the driver your 2-day pass voucher on your phone. The ride is incredibly smooth. Excellent bus! The ride was very comfortable. What was most pleasing was that it was direct, without transfers. There are charging stations on board. There was one 15-minute stop along the way with a restroom and café (see photo).
We traveled from "Tokyo Station"; all directions were clear, and the waiting area was comfortable. On the way back, we arrived at Akihabara Station, an open-air stop. When leaving the lake, the bus boarding area is equipped with a waiting area (chairs, a sofa, a table, power outlets, and a restroom).
We recommend this mode of transport.
