I totally recommend! I went on this trip alone and it was very easy to meet people to spend the trip with, since you get seated at a table for six people with your group members. The activities were as described, we first drove through streets with beautiful views, went to a cave, got to do some kayaking and swimming in the free water, as well as a Sunset Party at the end. The activites were planned thoroughly and ensured that people had a lot of fun. The tour guides were all really attentive and kind people, one of them played nice music from different countries at the Sunset Party and made it very special by really working the crowd. Overall this was one of the best experiences I‘ve had in my travels to Vietnam and every cent I‘ve paid was well spent (plus for what it was, it was really cheap!). So whether you‘re going alone or with a group, this tour is SO worth it👏👏★

I had a hard time choosing because there were so many options, but I think selecting Iris was the best decision! First of all, the itinerary matched exactly as advertised, and the food was excellent. Other tours usually require an extra fee for kayaks or bamboo boats during the Hang Luon Cave tour, but Iris included them. The boat was very clean and modern, and even had a shower area. Actually, I liked that we weren't riding with large tour groups. Above all, the fact that everything went smoothly and was so enjoyable was thanks to our host and guide, Long. He is truly professional, tries to remember everyone's name, his explanations in the cave were so entertaining, and he takes great photos for us. I sincerely want to thank him and give him my praise! I highly recommend Iris, and if you are planning to book it, please note that Trip.com currently offers the biggest discounts!!★

They arrive on time, they message you via your preferred messenger, like WhatsApp. But first, they take you to the meeting point, where you have to wait another 15 minutes, after which you board a minibus. The minibus is comfortable, and they provide water and a wet wipe. I booked for 2:00 PM, and the whole trip took no more than three hours. I arrived at my hotel in Halong at 4:45 PM. The price is excellent, and the payment process is very convenient, as is the service. I recommend it 👍
