There are many tourists, so getting tickets is very convenient; you can pick them up anytime you arrive. The seats for the 108 heroes in the Gathering Hall are very sturdy.

The show was amazing. Even more than I expected from the show. It runs for almost an hour and it rained and they still performed it. We got VIP but honestly any seat is good there. The only downside was the crowd. They were very disruptive despite signs and rules about noise level and tardiness. Best to go earlier and enjoy the amazing restaurants in the area. Also lots to do as West Lake prior to the show.
