The pickup process was smooth thanks to the communication via LINE. The bus was very clean and comfortable. I was worried about what to do with my luggage since I had some time before hotel check-in, but they kindly held it for me. Thank you very much.

I made a last-minute reservation at Hanoi Airport on the same day. I booked the lower section, but was informed that the upper section was the only one available. The seats were spacious and comfortable. It was nice that the bus stopped for 20-30 minutes at a large and fairly clean rest area. Both the staff and the driver were friendly, and communication was smooth. If you wait at Pillar 1 on the first floor of Noi Bai Airport, a representative will contact you around the boarding time and come to pick you up. Then, you just need to go to the bus boarding area next to the restrooms near the pillar. It seems the bus departure time is based on Hanoi time. We booked for 4:30, but the bus arrived around 4:45. It appears to be based on the departure time from Hanoi.

The staff service was very good; they were professional, punctual, and helped us with our luggage at every stop. The cabins were very clean and well-maintained, making the journey feel much shorter. Clean and comfortable travel from Hanoi to Sapa. We just hope they have service to pick you up at your hotel to the bus station and to your next hotel accomodation. Overall, very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the service! My flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, and the driver was waiting for me. It's very nice and reassuring to arrive alone at night and have someone waiting for you and meeting you.
