I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.

It was pretty good. It was a bus travel tour, and I was a little nervous because the invitation was only sent the night before, but the WeChat customer service responded promptly. This tour involved a long bus ride and didn't include Skóga Falls, but it did visit Serialan and a small waterfall along the way. The glacial lake cruise and the scenery along the route were especially beautiful. When we went, our guide was a blonde woman who didn't provide much information and seemed a bit aloof.
