Booking Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail tickets using Trip is no problem and convenient. However, when I went to pick up my ticket at the Zuoying High Speed ​​Rail station, a female staff member, having just finished serving another customer, immediately placed the handover tag on the counter. Then, when I went to another male staff member at a different counter, she immediately removed the tag and served the next customer. Her service attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.

Five-star hotels are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not big, but the service is very good. You can tell the chef puts his heart into every dish. Except for the fried shrimp, which had a thicker batter, all the other dishes were good. I had a very pleasant meal.

It's usually quite crowded, but it has everything you'd expect. The beef soup was delicious, and the beef was very tender. I'd definitely go back. I don't eat much; I'm full after about an hour.

First time using it, needed some research, but it's absolutely amazing! It's very driver-friendly for those traveling around the island. Tickets for the Ziqiang 3000 and Puyuma trains are relatively difficult to book, but you can book them first through the app, then provide your booking information at the Taiwan Railway counter within the payment deadline, and the money will be transferred directly – very convenient. For shuttle services to tourist attractions, I used an Uber NT$300 discount coupon, which was very convenient. This round-the-island trip: Fengshan-Ruisui; Ruisui-Hualien; Hualien-Taichung; Taichung-Fengshan.

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!
