Gangli is worthy of a luxury island, the environment and hotel facilities, services are great, there are Chinese waiters on the island, so it doesn't matter if you don't understand English. Because there are two islands of size, it will not be too boring to live for a few more days. At night, there are often devil fish playing under the bridge between the two islands. The waiter told us that it was lucky that we could not see it at the beginning of the rainy season in May. Fortunately, I saw dolphins when I went out to watch the sunset! The weather was very good in the days I went, and there was a very beautiful sunset on the second night. Going out from the back garden of the beach villa is the beach. It is really beautiful to lie there and watch the sunset. The terrace of the water house faces the endless Indian Ocean. It is still a jacuzzi. My husband said that he really doesn't want to leave. . . However, Gangli is not the best snorkeling point. Most of the corals are dead, but there are many beautiful fish. Eating on the island is very expensive, but the environment is very good, the product is OK, but don't pursue the price/performance ratio, just look at the beauty mood is comfortable~~~

I was generally satisfied with being able to see both dolphins and whales, but there was no English guide, so I couldn't understand a word of the language. There were hardly any foreign tourists, so that might be the case... Reservations were made in English (WhatsApp). If you were meeting at the pier, you could take a local bus, but here you meet at the operator's headquarters, listen to an explanation about the whales (in Chinese) before being taken to the pier, so you'll need to request a shuttle or rent a car.

My brother and I booked this tour and felt like we had an amazing full experience of hualien’s surroundings. Not only was it luxurious and relaxing, our tour guide Mr Chen was also fantastic. Although it’s unfortunate Taroko was so badly affected by the earthquake last year, I still felt like we got to see as much as we could off the trails and had a great day!
