𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮 𝗡𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them — this time to Ba Na Hills 🌿 We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up — very fast and convenient 👍 We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM. For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 — super easy and well organized. Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesn’t operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit. 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 for the careful driving and smooth communication 💛 Everything felt easy and stress-free. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends 😊

A very convenient and helpful service. The car was delivered to the hotel on time, and we followed the planned route. The driver was very attentive, offered free bottled water, and adjusted the climate in the car. We were very satisfied.

I was picked up at the nearest hotel in Hanoi at 4pm and transferred to a large bus around 5pm to head to Da Nang. The TV was just a monitor where we shared what the driver was watching. The WiFi was very weak, so I couldn't watch YouTube or anything like that. There was no WiFi or internet connection in the mountainous areas. I was worried because I didn't know what time I would arrive the next day, but I was woken up around 6am and arrived in Da Nang around 6:30am.

We were picked up from the hotel in a minivan. After waiting for the second group of passengers at a gas station, we boarded a large, luxury sleeper bus for 24 passengers. The bus has a bathroom, massage beds, and insulated capsules. IMPORTANT! If you're taller than 170 cm, it's uncomfortable—you'll have to sleep on your side with your knees tucked in, as my husband, who's 178 cm tall, couldn't fit even diagonally.

My husband and I hired a car, choosing a smaller vehicle, but they sent a very spacious and comfortable one. Besides the driver, there was also a Mandarin-speaking tour guide, making communication in Mandarin throughout the trip much easier. They arrived at the hotel before the scheduled time, very punctual. Our guide, Ms. Wen, was incredibly kind and friendly, taking us to various places. Even when we asked to change our lunch location to something more authentic, she readily obliged, taking us to a delicious and authentic restaurant, and also a great coffee shop. She was happy to answer all our questions about Vietnam, and we had a wonderful chat. She even helped us book dinner after the trip, offering assistance beyond the tour itself. We are also very grateful to the driver; his driving was excellent throughout, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Although we didn't talk much with him, his friendliness was evident. We were extremely satisfied with the entire trip, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was outstanding—the time and itinerary, the atmosphere, the communication, and all the details. We highly recommend this car rental company; they are very professional. Thank you again, Ms. Wen, for a wonderful trip!


