We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.★

It worked without any problems. There was a slight issue at the beginning; I couldn't play TT (Twitter), but I turned off location services and it worked. I followed the advice given in the trip guide. The signal was good everywhere.★

Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday. About
