Reviews: AREX Incheon Airport Express Train One Way Ticket

The AREX Airport Express was a great experience. It was very convenient to travel from the airport to downtown Seoul, the journey was comfortable, the seats were spacious, and there was ample space for luggage. The overall schedule was smooth, saving the hassle of transferring to the subway, which is very user-friendly for first-time visitors to Korea. Taking the AREX directly after arriving at Incheon Airport is a fast and convenient way to get around, and I will definitely consider taking it again next time I'm in Korea!

I used this service on my return day. My luggage was heavy, and it would have been difficult to take the train to the airport, so I'm glad I used it. After purchasing, it takes several hours for the QR code for boarding to be sent, so you need to purchase it at least a few hours before boarding.

My experience taking the AREX Incheon Airport Express was excellent. The journey was quick and stable, making traveling between Incheon Airport and downtown Seoul easy and time-saving. One major advantage is the ability to pre-check in and drop off luggage at some city terminals, then directly board the AREX to the airport, reducing the time and stress of queuing. For travelers with tight schedules, those who prefer to complete procedures early, or those traveling alone, this combination of pre-check-in in the city and the airport express greatly enhances overall travel convenience and peace of mind.

I bought tickets through the Trip app, arrived at the second floor, and printed them out from the girl at the ticket counter. Everything went smoothly. The ride to Terminal 2 took 80 minutes.

The bus platform is right downstairs from where you exit immigration. Exchanging tickets was smooth; the staff scanned my code and gave me the actual ticket! The platform was easy to find, and the driver was surprisingly young and very friendly, guiding me through the luggage area. The bus was especially comfortable and even had a USB charging port – it took me right to downtown Seoul!
